Climatech worked closely with BUILT during the bid phase to develop alternative design solutions for Walker Corp. Plant space and structural design imperatives meant Climatech had to work with BUILT on a compressed design process to develop innovative, outside the box solutions.
On completion, the 6 & 8 Parramatta Square will be the largest commercial building in the Southern Hemisphere, and will set a new standard for large scale commercial developments in Western Sydney. Climatech are proud to be playing their part in making the Parramatta CBD the new centre of Sydney.
