The Coles Rochedale Village consists of the design and construction of a new Shopping Centre including a 3800m2 Coles Supermarket, Liquorland, 14 specialty tenancies and 4 x serviced pad sites for future retail, over a 40,000m2 site area. A community centre, playground & civic plaza will also be provided as part of the development.
