Climatech are proud to be involved in Mirvac’s flagship Sydney commercial tower, 200 George St.

Climatech are developing designs in conjunction with multi service consultants ARUP’s .

200 George St will comprise a 37 storey premium grade commercial office tower of 39,000m2. The system will achieve 5 star NABERS & Greenstar.

The tower will be Sydney’s premium office space on completion in 2015, housing blue chip accounting firm Ernst & Young.

85 Castlereagh St Sydney

Project Description:

The premiere 35 storey office development in Sydney’s CBD, 85 Castlereagh is Climatech’s latest A grade commercial project. The building utilises Active Chilled Beams in the perimeter zones and a low temperature infuser system for centre zones. The unique egg shaped floor plates posed a challenge for Climatech’s designers. The building has achieved a 5 star GREENSTAR rating and is targeting a 5 star NABER’s rating.

The tower is Australian headquarters for well respected companies such as JP Morgan, Allen & Overy and Westfield Corporate. Climatech conducted a number of integrated fit outs with overlayed construction programs, successfully meeting tight deadlines.

100 Market St Sydney

Project Description:

This 12 storey CBD office refurbishment now houses ASIC and the Westfield Workplace. As the base support of Sydney’s iconic AMPTower, the structural integrity requirements of the existing core imposed strict design limitation, with only 250mm of ceiling space available. Climatech designed a customised low temperature infuser system to adapt to the constraints of the structure. The 5 star GREENSTAR system utilised Dadanco infusers and is targeted to achieve a 5 STAR NABERSrating.

As part of this project, Climatech were lead design and construct contractors for a 3.6 megawatt TRIGEN system serving the 100 Market St office tower, Pitt St Mall Retail development and 85 Castlereagh St office tower. For more details on this project click here
