Founder Marc De Stoop boasts over 35 years experience in the mechanical services sector, with considerable experience in project management and design consulting. Marc has held directorships in a number of large successful Australian companies and his experience in the construction sector has been an invaluable contribution to Climatech’s development.
Marc’s solid engineering credentials and hands on approach to management has seen Climatech grow from a start up to a significant force in the mechanical services contracting sector.
Nahi Beaini – General Manager & Director
Nahi joined Climatech as a graduate engineer in 2001 and has played a key role in transforming the company from a small scale contractor to the company it is today. Nahi’s strong Project Management skills allows him to closely monitor all of Climatech’s Sydney projects and demonstrates our philosophy of close management supervision across all our jobs.

Joel De Stoop – Director & Business Development Manager
Joel joined Climatech in 2008 after practicing commercial law with Sydney Law firm and managing projects for the Department of Defence in Canberra. With an Economics and Law degree from the University of Sydney, Joel brings a new dimension to Climatech’s board.
Joel is responsible for generating new business for Climatech and expanding the company’s reach into new regions and new areas.
Emmie Yang – Financial Controller & Director
Climatech’s newest board member, Emmie holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Wollongong and has been with the company for over 9 years. Emmie’s acumen for finance has played a pivotal role in Climatech’s growth, allowing it to take on larger and more financially complex projects. Overseeing a well trained accounts team, Emmie plays an important role in keeping Climatech projects within budgets.
Ryan De Stoop – Director & QLD Branch Manager
Ryan joined Sedatech in 2013 after spending 10 years in the international property management industry (or Westfield Group). During this time Ryan managed retail properties in The United States with an asset value of $1.6 Billion. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Ryan is responsible for managing the Sedatech QLD branch and generating new business in the QLD market.
