This 12 storey CBD office refurbishment now houses ASIC and the Westfield Workplace. As the base support of Sydney’s iconic AMPTower, the structural integrity requirements of the existing core imposed strict design limitation, with only 250mm of ceiling space available. Climatech designed a customised low temperature infuser system to adapt to the constraints of the structure. The 5 star GREENSTAR system utilised Dadanco infusers and is targeted to achieve a 5 STAR NABERSrating.

As part of this project, Climatech were lead design and construct contractors for a 3.6 megawatt TRIGEN system serving the 100 Market St office tower, Pitt St Mall Retail development and 85 Castlereagh St office tower.
