After successfully delivering the SA3 project, Baulderstone again retained Climatech to design and construct this
trend setting student accommodation development which opened in February 2012 and is the newest Unilodge
property in the ACT market.
This project consisted of 485 rooms, 700 car spaces, student dining hall, dance theatre, retail and wellness centre.
