The new headquarters for the Baulkham Hills Shire Council consists of 15,000m2 of commercial space in the Norwest Business Park.

The project was compressed within a 4-month programme, requiring Climatech to utilize pre-fabrication and sequential construction teams to meet the required deadlines.
