The project consisted of redeveloping the iconic City Ford Building on Riley St, Woolloomooloo.

The new development contained a new concept Woolworths store, basement car park, commercial space and high end apartment residences.

Climatech were engaged by Woolworths to design and build the mechanical system for this concept store in Woolloomooloo.

Consisting of a new format and layout, Climatech worked closely with the Woolworths team to incorporate a suitable mechanical system.
