Climatech was responsible for the mechanical services and compressed air system at this specialist maintenance facility serving the Nth West Metro rolling stock. The project consisted of a large number of specialist buildings spread over a huge footprint. Works involved specialist wheel lath equipment ventilation and train wash facilities. Climatech incorporated prefabricated ductwork systems for installing systems at significant height in the main maintenance building.
