Quay Quarter Tower (QQT) his is a 50-storey commercial building that will offer 90,000m2 of premium- grade office space, extensive open market retail spaces, eateries & restaurants, carparking & integration with neighbouring 33 Alfred Street.
The Quay Quarter Tower will feature a hybrid air conditioning solution, utilising active chilled beams in perimeter zones & low temperature variable air volume units in centre zones.
This project was a joint venture between Climatech and Equilibrium. The project involved a 6 star Greenstar, 5.5 star NABERS Energy and 4 star NABERS Water.
