This innovative architectural design achieved 240m2 floorspace on a land parcel of 42m2. The 4 storey pre-fabricated slab design challenged our engineers to produce a functional design fitting within the tight structural constraints. Our installers were required to deliver a seamless finish to complement the award winning design.
