The architecturally designed, environmentally sustainable building at present is achieving 4.5 Star NABERS Energy base building and tenant ratings. Rudds Consulting Engineers are currently tracking and monitoring the energy usage for the entire facility to ensure the energy targets are being met. The storage facility was the biggest challenge from a mechanical perspective due to the precise temperature and humidity setpoint requirements for each individual storage space whilst still maintaining a sufficient differential pressure between the inside of the storage facilities and surrounding areas to prevent the ingress of contaminants into the storage area.
